HOME Initiatives Program

The HOME Initiatives Program provides assistance to first-time homebuyers with limited resources. Applicants are eligible for loans between $1,000 and $7,000 with zero percent interest and deferred payment to be applied toward closing costs or down payment. As an approved mortgage lender, Mlend can submit an application for this program on your behalf. As an added benefit, the Green Home Challenge initiative helps keep the long-term costs of home ownership manageable for new homebuyers. First Trust Mortgage Purchase Program

The First Trust Mortgage Purchase Program provides lower interest rate mortgage financing for first time homebuyers in Montgomery County. In order to apply for this program, you must first be preapproved. Once you've selected an eligible property, Mlend will complete the application on your behalf.
