Bob, burn in 1937, has over 30 years of experience in managerial and executive positions. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1980. In 1983, he obtained his Maryland Real Estate Brokers license and opened his own business. He has worked in the real estate industry ever since. Recognized for innovated leadership, he has owned and managed several successful businesses including a real estate brokerage business that merged in 1989 with Plexus, Limited, a multi-faceted organization with holdings in title, abstract, property management, and real estate investment businesses.

From 1990 to 2007 Bob served as president of Beltway Title Company with as many as 15 company-owned offices operating in Maryland and Virginia. Bob is recognized as a pioneer in the creation and development of RESPA approved Affiliated Business Arangements. During his tenure at Beltway Title, the company was successful in forming approximately 30 such companies.

In 2007 Bob became a partner in Amerifund Mortgage Services, LLC. The company, operating as a broker, closed in favor of aligning with a correspondent lender. Bob and his colleagues currently operate a Net Branch facility in Crofton, Maryland for Millennium Financial Group, Inc.

Bob is married to his wife Renate, who is a retired federal government executive. They have four children and six grandchildren. Their primary form of recreation is traveling to new destinations.
